Disclaimer

dislocated my shoulder twice , now i have a lebral tear.. doctors told me its a small tear and you need physical theropy .. can i play overhead sports?

Yes and no.: Labral tear in someone your age have a high likelihood of resulting in recurrent dislocations. I would avoid overhand sports for now (assuming your dislocation was anterior ie out the front). I would follow your dr.'s recommendation for therapy. However, even with your therapy it is more likely than not that you will redislocate. If that happens then arthroscopic labral repair is indicated.

If you dislocated twice and now have a labral tear, your chances of dislocating again are very high. I would advise repair and avoidance of overhand throwing motion in interim.
