Good morning doctors. i am on plavix and 81mg aspirin. is there a way to distinguish "expected" or "typical" purple bruising/bruises from purple bruises which might be more atypical and possibly worrisome/cause for concern?

Bruises : Short of common sense and circumstantial to possible trauma or immediate reason for a bruise, no. Internal bleeds are much harder to recognize and a low index of suspicion should be maintained.
