Good afternoon doctors. i am on plavix and 81mg aspirin. i seem to bruise easily..presently i have a magenta bruise that is healing, but extremely, extremely slowly. is this very slow healing process normal?

Depending on how long you have been on Plavix and aspirin, you may be surprised by easy bruisability or bruises taking longer to clear than usual. You may wish to see the doctor who prescribed the Plavix and bring a few snapshots of the bruise over a few days. It helps to know over how many days and what the appearance is over time.
