Very good evening doctors. how can i know if the purple bruises that i get are from taking plavix and 81mg aspirin on a daily basis or are related to platelets or possibly from both?

Most likely the bruises are secondary to your meds. However, if you get consistently w/o any trauma, it might be advisable to see your doc for routine blood tests that assess your clotting status.
