Get med consultation: If you have significant problems breathing, your face or lips turn blue or you become suddenly confused then you need to be transported to an Emergency Room. If the medications you have are not doing the trick, it will be important to have an actual consultation with a medical provider. This can be done through HealthTap "Talk to Doctor" or through one of your local medical providers.

Oral prednisone: Please see acute care or your physician. Your asthma is not well controlled. A short course of oral Prednisone is indicated and an adjustment of your routine asthma medications. Avoid smoke and common allergens such as dust, mold and pollen. Repeat allergy testing may be indicated after review. A virtual consult is available on Healthtap.
