I have slight irragularity in my breathing and it's worrying me im starting to panic that it could be symptoms of covid-19, you know...shortness of breath. what should i do? should i go to the clinic?

Please be seen.: Yes, if you are having problems with your breathing, you should be evaluated by a physician. If your symptoms are severe, go in person. With COVID-19, many centers are requesting that you call first, for direction on where to go. If your symptoms are not severe, you could also see a doctor online. Best of luck!

COVID fears: Don't panic! Shortness of breath can be caused by anxiety. COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches. You can call PCM if you are concerned that you are ill. Marked difficulty breathing is a medical emergency.
