COVID 19: Hydrate really well. Are you coughing the phlegm up or is coming from above? A decongestant may help. For people who had moderate to severe COVID 19, they may have significant sequela for some time. However, if you feel ill with phlegm, you could have developed a secondary infection. Hard to know.
