i sneezed this morning and brought up a lot of phlegm which contained blood. should i get this checked. i don't have a cough or any other symtoms ?

Depends: If it was a one time bloody nose then you could observe your symptoms. If you are having persistent nose bleeds and severe pain a full ear, nose throat exam is indicated. See your doctor for more answers. Good luck.
