Orthopedic Surgeon.: It can be an effect of the fracture, the surgery, or the cast that you are wearing. The best thing to do is to visit your orthopedic surgeon and have him perform a physical examination.

Arm problem: The cast might be a bit too tight so you need to have it checked to see if needs to be trimmed.
