My 1 year old's cheeks are darker and dry. ive tried epimax, eucerine double thick cream and petroleum jelly makes her darker. may u advice on what i can use on her face and morning fot moisture/hydration and assist with removing the darkness on her?

Low dose steroid : Use only products that are without fragrance on the skin. Apply an Eucerin or Epimax cream several times daily. Avoid immersion of the skin and harsh soap. Apply a thin layer of a low dose steroid cream twice daily to the face for the next 14 days. If there is worsening or no improvement, please see your pediatrician.
