My 5 month old has rash on her face, its dry and itchy. i have used biocort cream for about a week now but it doesn't seem to be working. what else can i use? she bath with baby dove soap and moisturize with baby dove sensitive moisturizer.

Avoid irritation: Please avoid over bathing and irritation of the skin. She may only need water to clean her face. Use a fragrance free baby eczema moisturizer such as Aveeno. Continue the biocort as prescribed and it may take a few weeks to see improvement. Discuss allergy testing with your pediatrician if the problem persists or is associated with other symptoms. Watch for signs of infection of the skin.
