Maybe...why ?: I generally encourage parents not to use anything on infant skin at that age. Their skin is pristine at birth after floating in the bag of waters, but by 2 wks most show some baby acne that will fade by 3 mo if the skin is kept clean.Occlusive agents like eucerin may aggravate the process.
