See your Dr.: Middle ear infections are typically due to bacteria. See your Dr for a thorough exam, especially of the ear. The Dr will be able to see what is going on through the ear drum and be able to prescribe medication specific to the condition. Unfortunately, pharmacies cannot prescribe medications. All the meds you took so far were over the counter to control inflammation and or congestion.

Med eval: Agree with Dr. Kratzberg. At least in the US, pharmacists don't diagnose ear infections. At this point, do encourage an actual medical evaluation in case you might need antibiotics.
