Had a respiratory infection, soar throat (covid neg). feeling better but now coughing due to post nasal drip, particularly when sleeping. other symptom is i have a hot head. no fever but head feels hot. what could cause this? ps have fibromyalgia?

Symptoms.: You might have allergies, sequela from previous infection or new viral infection. Post nasal drip can sometimes last quite a while. Consultation (i.e., Telemedicine) may help to sort this out.
