My left ear has been feeling full/congested since i first had covid symptoms. now that ive recovered, it still feels the same. my left one too but my right one is much worse. is this an infection or normal congestion? theres no pain?

If you bare experiencing congestion, nasal saline rinses may be helpful. An ear exam is recommended. Watch for signs of hearing loss and fever.
