Can the meningitis rash show up in one straight line? i have a red line that looks blotchy on my upper back. theres a break in the middle of it. no other symptoms or signs joust that rash it didnt fade under a glass. any insight.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. if the rash is linear and confined to one side of the body, shingles would be a consideration. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
