NO: its VERY VERY doubtful that WITHOUT FEVER or OTHER SYMPTOMS that MENINGITIS is a possibility.. Have you been 'exposed" to a case? (Meningococcal Meningitis does come along with a rash...) Where else is the RASH??? Ask your question again with more details! Dr Z
