Why does my heart cramp? i do have anxiety. when i went to my gp she said it is most likely anxiety induced, but i went on anxiety medication and it didnt stop.

Just not enough info: A don't know what is meant by "heart cramp". I am wondering if you are referring to a panic attack. If physical causes for your symptoms have been ruled out, consider an assessment by a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist to better understand this. Take care.

Have occasional heart palps that only last a few seconds with no symptoms otherwise. Had an echo as a kid- normal along with an ekg last year normal with PACs. GP not concerned. Pretty descent amount of health anxiety. Should I worry about them?
