Muscle burning, fatigue, heavy legs, heart palpitations, gerd, malaise lasts for mos. diagnosed with ptsd and panic disorder. anxiety cause these symptoms? My doc sees no blood test abnormalities.

Worrying about heart all the time. Two EKGS, blood work and urine all normal this year. PCP & ER docs think anxiety. Can you have sensations without being anxious? Can electrolytes be off even if test say within range? I feel like something is off.
