Treatment success?: Allergic conjunctivitis can easily be treated with antihistamine drops. If your child is responding to the treatment (eyes no longer red, rash going away) then no additional treatment needs to be prescribed. If the symptoms are not going away you may want to see your childs dr prior to your departure so that they can change the med.
