Your question cannot be answered with the information given. Since conjunctivitis is not usually treated with steroids, it's possible that what you had in 2019 was uveitis and that you have a recurrence. It is also possible that your current symptoms are cataracts related to the uveitis and/or the steroids. There are many other possibilities as well. You should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist
