Complicated: You cannot necessarily lump all of your symptoms into one basket. See a doctor and get this worked out. Would be most concerned with blood in stool. Altho this likely to be external (hemorrhoids, fissure, etc.), you want to be sure it is nothing more serious, altho unlikely at your age.

Auto-innune disease.: This sounds like some type of autoimune disease and or infection. This can be a mixed problem. All types of bowel disease are or can be associated with nonspecific conjunctivitis.You need to be seen by your pcp who can direct you to the other specialists.
