Management: I would advise nasal saline drops, gentle suction and cool air mist. Monitor for fever and cough. Her conjunctivitis may be related to a bacterial infection of the lining of the eye. She should see her Pediatrician. If she is in distress, then a visit to the emergency room is advised.
