Itchy rashes: If you are not a heavy drinker, have no risk of contracting viral hepatitis, and not abusing pain medication, it is unlikely for you to have liver problem that can cause itchy skin. Plus skin itch in liver disease does not come with rashes and you would look jaundice or yellow. Based on your age and your location with dry weather, it is most likely that you have eczema. Try using a lot moisturizer.

Itching: Itching (pruritus) can be caused by: skin conditions, internal/systemiic diseases, drug reactions, skin/topical irritant exposure; nerve disorders; and pregnancy. Yes, liver disease iis one cause. Anxiety can cause itching, but not likely whole body x weeks. If itching effects whole body, seek help. Call your doctor today and make an appointment, as this usually indicates a systemic process.
