BFS: Benign fasciculation syndrome (BFS) is characterized by twitching of voluntary muscles in the body. It is most common in the eyelids, arms, hands, fingers, legs, and feet. Possible causes include overexertion of the muscle, regular strenuous exercise, damaged nerves, mineral deficiencies, and anxiety. Treated with muscle relaxants, pain relievers, Magnesium, Calcium and Phosphate supplements.
