22yr old male ive had acid reflex chest discomfort and lump feeling in my throat since thursday today is tuesday. its been from when i wake up till i go to sleep no matter what i eat. i dont smoke or drink alcohol. worried it can be esophagus cancer?

Unlikely : At your age this is more likely just a sore derived from the reflux than anything else. An exam using a lighted camera scope could confirm it. In the interim avoid caffeine and laying down after meals (both promote reflux) as well as foods you know to aggravate it. A simple OTC proton pump inhibitor for 2 wks may also help it heal.
