Im 30 with anxiety. recently got scared of having esophageal cancer now i started having heart burn and burping a lot and weird feeling in throat. could my anxiety be causing these symptoms? chest x-ray was clear 2 months ago. i tend to google a lot?

A chest x-ray would be suboptimal in ruling out esophageal pathology and usually an upper endoscopy is needed in such cases. Otherwise you have it right, your anxiety will need to be addressed, less to no googling is part of the treatment.
