Knee pain: First you need a diagnosis as to the cause of your knee pain. Patients can tolerate NSAIDs when taken with foods, but taking medications like omeprazole or famotidine may allow you to better tolerate them. As you found, intraarticular injections of corticosteroids offer short-lived relief. If you haven't already done so, I recommend consulting an orthopedic specialist for diagnosis & treatment.
