Hi doctors! i attend religious services indoors. we do typically maintain physical distancing of 6', but some of my fellow attendees are not as "religious" (no pun intended) with their masks. sometimes the mask becomes a "chin guard;" is thisa danger?

Yes: Wearing a mask around your neck or your chin does Nothing to help prevent spread of COVID 19. People need to social distance AND wear a mask or face covering correctly for protection. Does your church have any services on-line? That might be a safer proposition.
