4 peace of mind: If only a bump, no loss of consciousness or confusion it should b fine. Ice will help & keep an eye on him for any changes in level of consciousness. But 2 me sounds like a plain old bump . But 4 ur peace of mind, c u r pedi.

Head Injury: If someone with a head injury loses consciousness or begins vomiting within the first 24 hours of the head injury they should be seen by a physician. If they are alert and not vomiting then waiting is fine.
