A member asked:

Upper testosterone that doctors can maintain during trt? the lab ranges are all different, and typically lower than those of large published samples.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer: The goal of testosterone replacement therapy (trt) is to identify and treat symptomatic androgen deficient males and restore their t levels to age-appropriate average ranges which for most men is between 450-650 ng/dl. By appropriately dosing their specific method of trt: topical gels, im injection, and subq pellets being the most common. The higher you push the limits, risks now outweigh benefits.
