Hi doctors. i am fully vaccinated. if i attend indoor religious services or if i play cards with friends, (my friends are fully vaccinated, don't know about all of those in church), should i keep my mask on or is it safe to remove it while indoors?

Where I live you would be allowed to do whatever you wish, but most would consider you silly if you did. Unless you are using KN 95 masks or better that are fresh/sanitized often & applied appropriately your mask is more show than go.

Dear doctor, I was playing cards with some friends, one of them is hiv positive, I assume he was never treated. He unintentionally scratched my finger, caused a small cut by my nail. Im not sure if theres blood on his nails, do I need PEP for hiv?
