During an ultrasound my right and left testicles were 12cc and 13cc. during a second ultrasound several months later, they were 19cc and 17cc. left was larger, now right is larger. is it normal for testicles to increase in size?

Not normal: At age 30, it is not normal for testicles to enlarge by 5cc. It would be wise to follow up with your urologist or whichever Dr ordered the testicular ultrasound. They can take a thorough history and physical exam and determine the underlying cause and what the best course of action is.
