If you have been having heavy petting without ejackulation May have had build up of sperm in tract and that was causing “achy ball). Discuss again with your Dr mentioning this. AKA Blue Balls. In your case I would call it BLUE BALL. Or epididymal hypertension. You can read more if you Google blue balls.

Had severe pain in right testicle. and pain went away on it's own. No sensation even when squeezed it. Ultrasound,power doppler was normal. Dr. says it was viable intraoperatively. No erections as I got only one testicle. Why testis loss sensation?
I had testicle torsion and is it normal that I wasn't that painful before the ultrasound doc said I would be in so much pain id be vomiting it still hurt alot but not that much is this normal or have I got some thing wrong with my nerves?
Slight pain in left testicle comes and goes for two years. Blood work and color Doppler scan normal, doctors saying normal but it hurts.
