Happens: Could be as simple as lower ambient temperature and testicles trying to get closer to the core. As long as US is normal and u have no pain or redness, I wouldn't worry about it.

During an ultrasound my right and left testicles were 12cc and 13cc. During a second ultrasound several months later, they were 19cc and 17cc. Left was larger, now right is larger. Is it normal for testicles to increase in size?
