Hi, starting of feb 2015 i felt pain in my left testicle and i went for ultrasound of testicle it was fine. then testicle pain stopped and pain moved to left lower abdomen and now the pain is in left lower abdomen and same point on the back and left leg

Kidney stone?: Kidney stones, which drop into the ureter, may cause these types of symptoms. I would go back to your physician so he can evaluate you for this possibility. He may order an ultrasound of your kidneys, or even a CT scan of your abdomen and pelvis to evaluate this possibility.
