I recently got a ppg earlobe sensor to measure my ans for a course im taking and saw what looked like a double peak pulse every 3-7 minutes. looks like pulsus bisferiens, but its not on each cardiac cycle. i have a picture for reference. concerned.

Some thoughts: These monitors do not reflect true moment to moment activity at all times since the level of probe contact can be less than optimal. ICU level monitors placed inside arteries provide such data. This site does not allow us to see/evaluate pictures/x-rays etc,, only the data you type into your post.
