Ear pulsing when i hiccup or just get up in the am, every day for 3 months. any idea what this could be? had tests done and everything came back good.

Ear pulsing: Not sure tests? May be tinnitus-usually buzzing not a pulsating A pulsing feeling or sound like heart beat? TMJ? Teeth grinding? Need bite plate? GERD?(try ranitidine) May be neuroma, infection/foreign body in ear, vertigo variant- Epley's maeuver, rare vagal/ phrenic nerve irritation,w/ thyroid/neck issues(sono), lung( have seen PE w/hiccup ), DM, MS / vascular f/u/w/ doc
