Hi, i've had this throbbing in my right ear for about 4 days now (when i started noticing it) it seems to pulse with my heart beat. should i be concerned?

Throbbing in r ear: May be infection ,fluid in the ear from allergies , build up of wax .Rarely and usually in older individuals could be due a vascula problem which is more serious. Would follow up with ENT this week.
