Distant and weak pulse with headaches and full deep seperate breaths. been for almost 8 months and feels like it's getting worse everyday. feels like cardiac tamponade symptoms. got s nuclear stress and a holter ekg ?

Need eval: Given the nonspecific symptoms, differential diagnosis is wide. It appears you're concerned enough that tamponade is crossing your mind! As 8 months have passed, I suspect less acute conditions unless there has been recent progression or change. I strongly recommend physical exam and initial work up might be needed.
