Need eval: Given the nonspecific symptoms, differential diagnosis is wide. It appears you're concerned enough that tamponade is crossing your mind! As 8 months have passed, I suspect less acute conditions unless there has been recent progression or change. I strongly recommend physical exam and initial work up might be needed.
