Im on cardicor 5mg twice a day. because of lightheadedness, very slow pulse, doctor suggest to lower my dosage. is this a good sign that my cardiac system is getting better?

No definite answer: Going down on your cardicor, assuming it's for hypertension, is a good thing. There are other factors in play and lifestyle changes that impact your cardiovascular system. You can not definitively say its better just by one medication dose change.

These side effects have no prognostic significance other than they demonstrate the efficacy of cardicor and that you don't require 5mg twice a day to control your condition for which it was prescribed.
