My daughter 11 weeks old groans and moans a lot when trying to pass stool theirs happens for a few days before shes able to pass the stool,the stool does not show that she is constipated because it is soft, almost watery. is this normal or not?

Very normal: This is indeed very normal. Try pooping laying on your back into a diaper - you would grunt and moan too! You've already made the correct conclusion that she is not constipated, as she is having soft/mushy stools. Rest assured everything sounds very normal - put your mind at ease.
