Many causes: There are many causes and the only way to come to a diagnosis would be to have her examined and also have microscopic examination of her stools. In addition to bacteria and viruses we also need to look for Giardia and amoebas. This can also happen due to allergy and milk intolerance. So make an appointment and have her seen.
