See a urologist: Several factors can lead to recurrent bladder infections: Kidney or bladder stones, Bacteria entering the urethra during intercourse, Changes in estrogen levels during menopause, Abnormal urinary tract shape or function, An inherited risk of developing bladder infections (genetic predisposition). If you have two or more culture positive infections in a six month period, you should see a urologist.
