Bladder issues past 3 months. false postive dip, culture showed no infection. 3 cultures in all & 2 showed blood, no infection. latest dip lycocites +1 but urine is crystal clear no odour drink 2-3 litres day. no burning?

No infection: Those test results prove you have no infection. Other conditions can cause UTI-like symptoms. Overactive bladder is most common, but the condition callsed intersticial cystitis is pretty common as well; and there's always the possibility of more serious conditions like urinary tract stones, cancer, etc. If you're not seeing a doctor, do it now. If you are but without success, see a urologist.
