My father was given oflox 400 for last 2 days but now it came out intermediate sensitive for uti should i change the antibiotic to cotrimoxazole? fortunatley i am laboratory scientist so i havr done tests myself?

Notify his doc: It is nice that you can monitor the lab results, but the decision of how to treat your dad should be coordinated through the doc in charge. All the sensitivities tested should be relayed. proper treatment may depend on both sensitivities and any other meds he takes or other conditions.
