Warfarin was discontinued, 1 day later inr still 5.5! on day 3 after warfarin discontinued, started antibiotic bactrim for uti. then 2 days later~[now 5 days off warfarin]~inr is checked &lab shows it rose to 6.4! would you recommend vit k to correct?

? symptomatic ?: I would not suggest correction unless absolutely necessary , such as if bleeding, high risk for fall/injury, or having surgery in near future. Correction just for sake of correction is not advisable.
