Have had body wide twitches for years. had tongue twitch for 3 days in march then went away. had low magnesium at the time. had tongue twitch yesterday and a few times today. freaking out about als. pcp isnt concerned. should i worry? thanks!

Twitching: I think ALS is very unlikely. If you once had low magnesium that might be the problem now., Low magnesium is very common and ideally you should take a magnesium supplement with 3 forms of magnesium. It also pays to take magnesium L-threonate, the only form of magnesium to make it into your brain.
