Unless you have a genetic family history of spinal muscular atrophy or the rare ALS variant, there is no rationale to fear "bulbar ALS" at age 32. You probably suffer benign fasciculations, assuming your thyroid functions are normal. Suggest you work with a counselor to conquer your anxieties.
