When i press my tongue hard against the roof of my mouth the tip of my tongue will twitch/spasm. its not every time but most of them time. im 24 and scared it could be als? is it a symptom? im also a very anxious person. particularly with health.

Tongue spasm: it's not ALS or any disease process - go see your doctor and get complete physical exam to make sure you are healthy, though
